    Phenomenal employees at the reception desk. Cosy superior studio, lovely beds. Excellent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Absolutely amazing and excellent hotel with a beachfront location close to a mall that helps passing the hottest time of the day. Based adjacent to restaurants, a clinic close by which was great and 3 different malls.

    The room was neat with a bath, had wake-up service, that's cool. A roll in shower, hair dryers and a bidet was a plus. Even though some of the staff were kind of rude, I had a really good stay.

    Breakfast was average, can be far better.

    Great hotel with excellent facilities and unbeatable service! No doubt it will be our choice when we return!

    I think it's not worth paying for breakfast and lunch, it doesn't have a variety, and you can better consume it outside the hotel

    I really liked the service, comfortable room, kitchen that was very complete and nice. indoor pool and bar were impeccable.

    The beach is full of debris from the neighboring construction site that makes it difficult to enjoy the beach.

    The Beautiful room was super comfy! We got upgraded, awesome. The decor was nice and everything felt clean. The staff were friendly too! No complaints here. Really enjoyed the stay!

    The royal is fantastic! The staff were super cute, especially the housekeeping team who really went out of their way to help us. The pool area is great for kids and adults, right by the beach, and perfect after a full day exploring. Breakfast has a good spread, but could use some more variety.

    good hotel, standard rooms are with little view, you have to take superior. At the entrance of La Palmera with a good beach and swimming pool. Some days there were queues for breakfast. It has a bus that takes you to and from the Marina Moll and Emirates (I think that's it). It has a channel in which you can let yourself be carried away by the current.

    The room was very well arranged.. The swimming pool is a 10.

    After making us wait 20 minutes in reception to check that the room was OK, they made us go upstairs and we found everything very well arranged and fridge full of drinks. minute later they knock on the door to take everything away. An oversight of very bad taste. view from the room left a lot to be desired.
